Hey.


My name is Byron Poveda! I’m a Colombian Art Director, left-handed, passionate for music, art, and design, currently working as a Creative Director at Circus MediaMonks Mexico and as a lecturer for the Portfolio Prep. Master’s Degree in Miami Ad School.I started my career as a Trainee in Art Direction in McCann in 2011, followed by positions in advertising agencies including Leo Burnett, BBDO, Vice Magazine, MullenLowe SSP3, and Circus MediaMonks Mexico where I’m currently working as Creative Director.

During my career I have worked for global clients like Kellog’s, McDonald’s, Budweiser, Corona and SABmiller, as well as in the local market for Banco Davivienda, Movistar, Aruba Tourism Authority, Unilever, AB inBev, Today, Chiclets Adams, Hyundai, Editorial Televisa, Marca País, Proexport, Alpina, among others.
In 2019 I had the opportunity to be enrolled in an exchange program with the LOLA MullenLowe agency in Barcelona as well as studying Art Direction and Creativity in Complot Barcelona.
